1. Ownership

All ZeroCTL systems, software, tools, and digital assets (collectively, “Systems”) are the sole property of Agent0 and the ZeroCTL project. All intellectual property rights remain with the owner unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Permission to Use

You are granted free access to use the Systems for their intended public or private function.
Use means accessing, executing, or interacting with the Systems as deployed by ZeroCTL.

You may not:

Copy, modify, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any code, structure, or configuration.

Redistribute, rebrand, mirror, or resell any ZeroCTL System or derivative work.

Host a public version, mirror, or modified clone of any System without explicit written consent.

Use ZeroCTL Systems for malicious activity, commercial resale, or to compete with ZeroCTL services.

Use of these Systems implies acceptance of this License in full.

3. Modifications & Collaboration

Modification, integration, or collaboration requires explicit written consent from Agent0 (ZeroCTL).
Approved contributors agree to terms set at the time of collaboration and may not publish derivative works outside the ZeroCTL ecosystem without written permission.

4. Liability & Warranty

ZeroCTL Systems are provided “as-is” with no express or implied warranties.
Agent0 and any affiliates assume no responsibility for damages, data loss, downtime, or third-party interference resulting from use.

5. Branding & Attribution

The ZeroCTL name, logo, and related marks are protected. You may not use, modify, or display them publicly without permission.
If you publicly reference or integrate ZeroCTL systems, attribution (e.g., “Powered by ZeroCTL”) is required unless otherwise agreed.

6. Termination

Violation of this License terminates your right to access or use ZeroCTL Systems immediately. ZeroCTL reserves the right to block or revoke access at its discretion.

7. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, unless otherwise specified. Legal claims will follow the appropriate venue under that jurisdiction.
